In 2021 I worked with Roots Up - an online language school - to make a series of documentary-style films about Latin cuisine to be used as teaching materials for their 'Spanish on a Plate' programme.  

This is the Colombian edition at the Rancho De Lalo restaurant in Brixton Market, London.
